We are delighted to announce that we are now an 'award winning' firm.

Aware Communications' MD, Amelia Worrall, won the Creative and Digital Award at the Lancashire Business View Young 'Uns Awards on Friday evening. (12th June 2015)

​​The category was open to all marketing, PR and creative professionals aged 36 and under across the county and recognises excellence within the field.

Out of four shortlisted finalists, the judges announced Amelia as winner and said: “Amelia is a stand out marketing professional who has experienced impressive growth backed up by impressive case studies. She is extremely pro-active, an all-rounder who loves, not just her own success, but the results she gets for her clients. Winner of awards and tenders, she has the ability to adapt with her in-depth knowledge and expertise. She is a creative all-rounder who gets results.”

Amelia said: “I’m incredibly proud of this achievement and would like to thank everyone who has supported Aware Communications and I to date. It is a real honour to be announced as winner, more so when up against tough competition. To move into our new office premises and become an award-winning firm in the same week is phenomenal and will pave the way for further growth and success."

The win is Aware Communications’ 10th award success in the last 18 months, though the previous nine wins were entries on behalf of clients at a range of global, European, national and regional ceremonies.

The Young 'Uns awards were organised by Lancashire Business View magazine and backed by the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), Boost Business Lancashire and the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).

Richard Slater, publisher of Lancashire Business View, said: “The response we’ve had to the Young ‘Uns Awards 2015 has been terrific. Young ‘Uns started life as a feature in our magazine, profiling the sharpest business minds aged 36 and under. Eventually, we had so many fantastic stories that it became obvious we needed to honour them properly.”
